Can I have a
cosigner?
All applicants are required to have a
combined income of 3x’s the rent.
We do not accept co-signers.
What deposits are
required?
Minimum security deposits are as
follows, subject to results of credit check and screening report.
2x2 - $250.00; 3x2 - $350.00; 4x3 -
$450.00
What utilities
are included?
All residents are responsible for
their utilities. We bill you for
water/sewer, cable/wifi and it is paid in addition to
your rent.
What is the pet
policy?
We are a pet-friendly community. However, you are required to pay a
non-refundable pet FEE of $300 and pet rent of $20 per month added to your
rent. Pet restrictions do apply such as
weight and breed restrictions.
What if I need
maintenance?
Once you are a resident you will have
access to your “resident portal” where you can pay your rent, put in service request and email the office.
Is renter’s
insurance required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required
for all leases.
Do the apartments
have a washer/dryer?
Yes, your apartment home comes with a
full-size washer and dryer in a laundry room just off the kitchen.
Do you have
elevators?
YES, all of
our buildings have an elevator in each breezeway for easy access.
